What changed
Peak fulfilment fees run 15 Oct 2026–14 Jan 2027. UK averages ~£0.12 per small/standard parcel item and ~£0.07 per large/XL envelope. The 1.5% fuel and logistics surcharge applies on top. Fees revert to non-peak on 15 Jan 2027.
Who’s affected
UK FBA sellers (local FBA and Remote Fulfilment EU→UK on listed size tiers). Not oversize or Low-Price FBA per Amazon’s post.
What to do
- Preview peak fees in Revenue Calculator / FBA Fee Preview before locking BF prices.
- Use the OmniRestock FBA fee estimate as a rough check only — verify live rates in Seller Central.
- Raise contribution margin targets on small parcels that take the largest absolute uplifts.
- Pair fee planning with inbound cutoffs so you are not paying peak fees on stock that arrives too late to sell.
Why it matters for replenishment
Policy, fee and inbound changes move the dates and unit economics behind reorder points. Update lead times, landed cost and channel buffers in the same week Amazon publishes the change — not after the stockout.
