What changed
Amazon increased the fuel and logistics-related surcharge from 1.5% to 2% of fulfilment fees (not sale price). It applies to FBA in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium from 2 November 2026. The same 2% rate applies to MCF in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain from 19 November 2026. Amazon estimates an average about £0.02/€0.02 per unit for EU FBA, varying by size and weight. Profit Analytics, the Revenue Calculator and Fee Preview reports were updated.

Who’s affected
UK and EU FBA sellers in the listed marketplaces; MCF sellers in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain from 19 November. Applies on top of festive peak fulfilment fees where those also run.
What to do
- Re-run Fee Preview / Revenue Calculator for top SKUs so landed unit cost includes the 2% surcharge.
- Update margin and reorder models for peak (festive peak fee + this surcharge stack).
- If you use MCF for non-Amazon channels, note the later 19 November MCF start date.
- Watch Amazon’s surcharge reviews — the rate can move again as logistics costs change.
Why it matters for replenishment
Policy, fee and inbound changes move the dates and unit economics behind reorder points. Update lead times, landed cost and channel buffers in the same week Amazon publishes the change — not after the stockout.
