What changed
Amazon has signalled a bundle policy change effective 11 January 2027. Independent seller briefings (5 Nov 2026 week) flag catalogue cleanup ahead of the date. We could not lock a public Amazon Help URL without login in this build — verify wording in Seller Central before deleting or rebuilding bundles.

Who’s affected
Sellers who create multipacks/bundles on Amazon (especially US). Treat details as pending your Seller Central Help confirmation.
What to do
- Open Seller Central Help for “bundles” / “multipacks” in your marketplace and save the dated policy text.
- List ASINs that are virtual vs physical bundles; do not conflate them with VMP_ pilot SKUs.
- Schedule catalogue cleanup for early January so ads and inventory forecasts stay aligned.
- If Amazon’s Help page differs from trade coverage, follow Amazon — update this entry later.
Why it matters for replenishment
Policy, fee and inbound changes move the dates and unit economics behind reorder points. Update lead times, landed cost and channel buffers in the same week Amazon publishes the change — not after the stockout.
